David Muslin, Chairman

Mr. Muslin is the Chairman of Big Shoulders Capital. He has worked in the world of asset-monetization for many years, and his knowledge of commercial assets includes metal fabrication, plastics, woodworking, construction, printing/bindery, shipbuilding, healthcare, mining, and aircraft.

In the early 1980s, while a young employee at Perfection Machinery Sales Inc., he and a partner had the opportunity to purchase the company. They subsequently grew Perfection to be the world’s largest used machinery company. During the 1980s and 1990s, Mr. Muslin built a strong personal reputation in the M&E marketplace, and developed a network of expert partners across a breadth of industries. In 2007, he sold Perfection and founded PPL Group, a leading asset monetization firm.
